Annalise Dum is Senior Vice President, Sustainability and North America Sustainable Buildings Practice Lead at JLL, a global real estate services firm. She is responsible for strategically guiding occupier and investor clients on aligning commercial real estate with organizational ESG goals while leading a team of 45 subject matter experts and a multimillion-dollar P&L. With a portfolio of 150+ projects, Annalise has delivered 25 million square feet+ of certified space, including WELL Platinum, LEED Platinum, WELL at scale, Health-Safety Rating, Fitwel, IREM CSP, and ENERGYSTAR. Annalise is a two-time Crain's Chicago Business Notable Leader in Sustainability, the 2024 WELL AP of the Year, and was awarded IWBI’s Adoption of WELL award in 2023. She holds a Master's in Sustainability Leadership from Arizona State, Bachelor's in Interior Design from Purdue, and plant-based nutrition certificate from Cornell. Annalise is Ex-Officio Board Chair of Illinois Green Alliance and a former member of the LEED Materials and Resources Technical Advisory Group. She lives a plant-based, zero waste life outside of Chicago.
