Jane is an award-winning authority and trusted ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Advisor with over 25 years of experience. She has led ESG strategy, performance, and disclosure for Global 500 companies across a variety of industries including real estate, technology, finance, pharmaceuticals, and consumer products. Jane also has extensive international sustainable development expertise from working in more than 30 countries, including Afghanistan, China, Ghana, Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, and Saudi Arabia. Jane created successful ESG practices at ERM, Finn Partners, Edelman, and BCW. She served 12 years as a World Bank official advising governments on ESG policies, stakeholder engagement, post-conflict reconstruction, and public-private partnerships. Jane served on the Bank’s Community Outreach Committee, the Development Marketplace assessment team, and was the World Bank representative to the International Literacy Network. She has held positions at CARE, UNICEF, and the European Union. Jane is a U.S. State Department lecturer and has completed educational speaking tours in Moldova and Mongolia on ESG best practices. Jane served as a Board Director of i-Go (now Enterprise Car Share), Chicago’s first car sharing company providing last mile mobility solutions.
