
Moshe Bonder

National Grid Ventures
Mo Bonder has spent his professional career in the energy industry where he
has focused on building and leading teams in the engineering, construction, project development and operations of utility-scale wind, solar and storage
projects throughout the US. Mr. Bonder has also supported international
organizations in entering the US market, specifically for offshore wind, and the
development of a hydrogen ecosystem in the Northeast US.
Mr. Bonder has been with National Grid Ventures since 2018. National Grid
Ventures is the unregulated/competitive business of National Grid. In his current role, Mr. Bonder
supports the operation and growth of NGV’s US businesses across conventional power generation,
transmission, offshore wind and renewables. Previously, he was the Head of M&A for National Grid
Renewables which is the renewable business of National Grid Ventures where he was responsible for
buying and selling utility-scale wind and solar projects. Mr. Bonder has also previously been on the
Community Offshore Wind project team, a joint venture between National Grid Ventures and RWE, to
advance offshore wind in the New York Bight, and worked to develop a low carbon market in the
Northeast US.
