Shounok serves as the Managing Director of Constellation Technology Ventures (CTV), the venture investing arm of Constellation. In this role, he leads all aspects of venture investing, including deal sourcing, structuring, governance, portfolio management, and growth facilitation within the CTV portfolio. He has spearheaded over $100 million in investments across various technologies and industries in his venture capacity. Shounok also played a pivotal role in establishing and managing the 2c2i investment portfolio at Exelon. Before joining CTV, he led the Investment team for Constellation’s Distributed & Renewable Energy business, overseeing new product development, commercial structuring, and M&A initiatives for clean energy infrastructure solutions. He successfully led over $2 billion in investments in emerging distributed and renewable energy assets, including developing a solar portfolio sold to Brookfield Renewables and establishing a joint venture with Bloom Energy. Shounok began his career at Constellation in Project Financing in 2012, where he facilitated over $1.5 billion in non-recourse debt offerings for utility-scale renewable and gas generation assets. Earlier in his career, he worked globally as a software application developer, aiding clients in product development and enterprise IT modernization. Shounok holds a Bachelor of Science in Instrumentation Engineering and a Master of Business Administration. He resides in Baltimore, Maryland.
