Aberdeen Renewable Energy Group (AREG) is a membership organisation that works to support and promote the energy supply chain in the North-East of Scotland, with a strong focus on renewable and low carbon energy. Founded in 2003, AREG connects industry, government, and academia to drive the energy transition and champion opportunities in offshore wind, hydrogen, wave and tidal, and other clean energy technologies.
