Alistair joined Heathrow as a senior project manager in 2017, before becoming Strategic Programme Director in 2018 and then Solutions Infrastructure Director in 2020. In this current role he is responsible for the strategic planning, programme design and delivery and logistics of all construction works for Heathrow’s capital investment programmes across the airport as well as assessing deliverability of future capital investment plans. Alistair was previously with AtkinsRéalis, where he was involved in private and public sector schemes from feasibility stage through to design, construction and completion.
