A Chartered Environmentalist, Angela has been leading multi-disciplinary environmental teams for over 25 years, primarily in consultancy. Throughout her career in the UK and overseas, Angela has focussed on people leadership at a project and business level, fostering high-performing teams through inclusive and collaborative approaches underpinned by proactive engagement. Angela has sponsored D&I groups, people forums, judged women industry awards, and initiated mentoring programs. In her current role with AECOM, Angela continues her passion for promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace to support not only retention and recruitment, but also to create a psychological safe environment.
