Ben Jones is Head of Capital PMO at Heathrow, bringing more than two decades of experience delivering major aviation infrastructure projects. Having worked on landmark programmes including Terminal 5 and Terminal 3's Integrated Baggage Programme.  Ben has held senior roles across leading industry organisations including NG Bailey, Arcadis, Mace and Jacobs before joining Heathrow in 2017. Today, he leads the Capital Programme Management Office, driving programme governance, delivery innovation and investment planning, and has played a key role in shaping Heathrow's H7 programme approach and modernising project controls across the airport's capital portfolio.
