Catherine specialises in the delivery of national and major infrastructure projects, including leading the delivery of seven first of kind nationally significant projects in either project director or strategic advisor capacities. Her knowledge extends beyond expert EIA aspects into constructability, design flexibility and major permissions delivery, and this has been recognised by her ENDs Report Top 100 award in 2025. Outside WSP, Catherine’s industry knowledge was recognised by her appointment to the NIPA Board in 2024, and she has recently represented NIPA providing evidence to the House of Commons Energy Security and Net Zero Committee on the delivery of gigawatt and modular scale nuclear projects in the UK and the associated polices and regulatory processes.
