Chris leads delivery of Zurich's consulting and risk advisory services in the construction and real estate industries, including working with owners and developers to address extreme weather resilience for existing and new facilities and infrastructure. Chris has over twenty years of experience managing diverse teams in all phases of capital project development as both a construction manager and owner's representative. Experience includes new construction and renovations of myriad project types including life science, education, performing arts, athletic facilities, hospitality, historic preservation, and LEED certified projects.
