Dana Lowell is Director of WSP's Center for Clean Transportation. Dana has over 30 years' experience in the clean transportation space, with a career long focus on evaluation and implementation of alternative fuels and technologies to improve the efficiency and environmental performance of transit buses and other heavy-duty fleet vehicles. Dana's current work focuses on supporting transit agencies and other fleets with planning and implementation of zero-emission technologies, including battery electric and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, supporting charging and fueling infrastructure, IT systems, and organizational change management.
