Ethny Childs is Communities & Partnerships Lead at the Institution of Environmental Sciences. She is a member of the Senior Management Team, is responsible for managing the IES Communities, and building relationships with partners and stakeholders in the sector. As part of her work she manages the Foundation for Water Research and Institute of Air Quality Management within the the IES family. Ethny is a Trustee for Charityworks, sits on the Specialist in Land Condition (SiLC) Board and holds positions on the Steering Groups for the Professional Bodies Climate Action Charter and the Media Trust's Communicating Climate Programme. She was listed as one of the 100 most influential environmental professionals on the ENDs Power List 2024.
