Garima Kaushal is a Senior Sustainability Manager and Architect at AECOM, leading the firm's sustainability efforts on the $16 billion Gateway Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP)—a landmark tri-venture megaproject. She oversees sustainability delivery across six contracting packages, coordinating diverse teams and translating complex goals into actionable strategies that drive measurable impact. With over 14 years of experience delivering high-impact sustainability solutions across the infrastructure and building sectors, Garima excels at aligning multidisciplinary design teams, design-builders, contractors, and agency stakeholders through digital tools and structured coordination models. She has led the implementation of LEED, Envision, WELL, and Fitwel on major transportation and aviation projects, including JFK Terminal 6 and Terminal 8. Beyond project delivery, Garima serves on the USGBC NJ Market Leadership Advisory Board and Awards Jury, and contributes nationally as a USGBC Subject Matter Expert and mentor—helping shape the next generation of sustainability professionals.
