Environmental and Sustainability professional with extensive experience of working with a wide range of clients across different sectors, particularly within the property industry both as a consultant and internally. Management and delivery of complex schemes (at asset and portfolio level), working with a wide range of stakeholders to budget and on time. Passionate about matters relating to sustainability (social, economic and environmental), whilst maintaining a strong commercial focus, to ensure bespoke long-term and sustainable solutions.

Experience in negotiating and facilitating discussions with key stakeholder groups within the built environment throughout the RIBA Stages (i.e. pre-planning, planning, detailed design, procurement, construction, handover & occupation). Development of existing and new services/practices within organisations, as well as maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Actively involved in developing and implementing the company's business development and marketing strategy (e.g. CPD presentations) within consultancy. Ability to embed sustainability as part of organisational activities and business strategy and demonstrate commercial and business value through integration.
