Jen Molnar has over 25 years of experience using science, engineering, and economics to improve decision-making to deliver better outcomes for nature, climate, and communities. An environmental engineer by training, Jen joined AECOM in 2024 and serves as Nature-Based Solutions and Climate Resilience Lead in U.S. East Water to support and grow nature-based and climate opportunities, collaborating across business lines and regions. Previously Jen spent 20 years at The Nature Conservancy (TNC), where she led interdisciplinary global research teams focused on developing scalable solutions for nature and climate – building the evidence base for nature-based solutions and enabling implementation working across disciplines and sectors. Jen built TNC's technical capacity and provided technical and strategic leadership for science-based collaborations with companies to shift to sustainable practices and business models. She has previous private-sector experience in remediation and hydrology.
