Jennifer Boca is Chief Sustainability Officer at Rezolv Energy a European utility-scale Renewable Energy developer. She is responsible for providing oversight on sustainability performance across Rezolv’s portfolio of renewable energy projects. Jennifer has over 20 years’ experience in environmental and social performance oversight and ESG risk management with a particular focus on large scale infrastructure projects and the development financing sector. Prior to joining Rezolv, Jennifer was the Head of Responsible Investment at Lekela Power, a Top-rated ESG performing pan-African renewable energy platform. Prior to Lekela, Jennifer was a Senior Environmental and Social Consultant for various international engineering firms in the UK including Scott Wilson and URS Corporation and has worked on major infrastructure projects in various sectors including power, waste management, roads, railways, pipelines and the mining sector. Jennifer has worked in several countries in Africa, Europe and Asia and consulted for a wide range of public and private sector clients including the World Bank, Development Finance Institutions, commercial banks and project developers
