Jonathon Booth is Head of Sustainability and Performance at AV Dawson Limited, the Teesside-based multimodal logistics firm that owns and operates the Port of Middlesbrough. A Chartered Mechanical Engineer, Jonathon brings over a decade of experience in engineering and operational leadership across the manufacturing, automotive and rail sectors. Since joining AV Dawson, he continues to shape the energy strategy for the business and is driving its ambitious journey toward net zero with the team aligned to the company’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy. Jonathon leads cross-functional initiatives to reduce emissions, electrify logistics operations and embed sustainability across supply chains. Passionate about inspiring future leaders, he also champions AV Dawson’s outreach with schools and universities to promote careers in sustainable industry.
