
Lora Brill
Lora Brill leads Sustainability for Ramboll Buildings globally. With more than 22 years’ experience spanning the UK, Europe, the US and the Middle East, she bridges design, investment and policy to drive a climate resilient, net‑zero transition for the built environment.
Previously Head of ESG at Orchard Street Investment Management, Lora conceived and launched the £400 m Social & Environmental Impact Partnership Fund— one of the first UK real‑estate strategies to secure the FCA’s new “Sustainability Impact” label—and authored the firm’s net‑zero pathway and responsible‑investment strategy.
At Ramboll she leads the sustainability strategy for our 4,000-strong global buildings’ business, focussing on decarbonisation, climate adaptation and transformation of existing buildings.
Lora holds a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School, represents Ramboll within the World Green Building Council European Partners Network, the 2025 Biomimicry Collab on Cities and Infrastructure, and our Resilience Thought Leadership programme. She is a recognised advocate for systemic change in the sector.
