Louise is the Technical Excellence lead for WSP’s Earth and Environment business and Head of Profession for its Acoustics team. She is responsible for driving technical improvements, innovation, developing skills and delivering projects. She is passionate about the Environmental sector and is the chair of the employers’ group that developed the Environmental Practitioner degree apprenticeship, a route through which many are recruited into the industry. Outside of WSP, she is the chair of the Association of Noise Consultants which is responsible for driving high levels of quality in the industry.
