Luke is a Chartered Accountant and ESG leader with extensive experience integrating social, environmental and financial value into business decision making. He played a leading role in delivering the UK water sector's Common Value Framework, establishing a consistent methodology for assessing and comparing wider impacts in business planning. Having started his career at PwC and later worked at Accounting for Sustainability (A4S), Luke now leads ESG at United Utilities, helping shape the company's sustainability strategy and reporting.
