Mark Fenton is the Carbon Manager at High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd – the client organisation delivering the UK’s new high-speed railway. Mark leads the programmes carbon management and decarbonisation activities. Key responsibilities include implementing HS2’s Net Zero Carbon Plan and building carbon management capability within HS2 Ltd and across our supply chain. Mark works collaboratively with stakeholders from across the value chain – including UK Government, client peers, industry bodies and supply chain partners – and across a variety of communities of practice to advance and accelerate the transition to net zero carbon.
