Martha is an undergraduate environmental consultant at WSP, undertaking a five year degree apprenticeship. She works in the Environmental Management and Assessment team, as well as chairing the Professional Growth Network (PGN) at WSP. The PGN is a network of Early Career Professionals, for Early Career Professionals with the aim to connect, develop and represent Early Career Professionals in the business. Martha’s aim is to enrich the Early Careers experience, encourage others to challenge the status quo and empower Early Career Professionals to take control of their career.
