Miriam MacLennan is an Associate Director in Asset Management at Arup, a Chartered Civil Engineer and a recent Fellow of the Institute of Asset Management. Over her 25-year career, she has been lucky enough to have managed complex railway assets and developed frameworks and tools to put system thinking into decision making practice. Some of her most recent projects include working with UK organisations such as Network Rail or Thames Water and international authorities like the Government of Madagascar. Passionate about scalable solutions for adaptation and resilience to climate change and ageing assets, Miriam works with asset management organisations to drive collaborative change.
