Noushin Khosravi is the Head of Sustainability for UK Concrete where she leads the sustainability strategy and programme of activity for the sector. Noushin is a civil engineer and has MSc and PhD in concrete technology field. She is a Chartered Engineer with Institute of Concrete Technology (ICT) and was previously working on major infrastructure projects.

She is the concrete sector’s key representative in demonstrating how concrete can be used as part of a net zero and circular economy. She uses her technical knowledge and experience to advise the concrete industry and supply chain on how to respond to market sustainability requirements. She is active in various committees influencing standards and procurement policy as well as develop guidance that equips constructors to benefit from the sustainable credentials of concrete and masonry in the UK.
