Philippa Spence is the Managing Director of Ramboll’s global Environment and Health division and is a sustainability and ESG practitioner with a change management background. She has a strong track record as an operational and commercial leader, as well as being a trusted advisor to clients. Prior to her current position she was the Managing Director of Ramboll’s UK Business.

From a technical perspective she has experience in the delivery of large, complex environmental and social projects as well as advising clients on strategy and change management.

She has twenty eight years’ experience of consulting to a wide range of companies globally in many sectors including renewables, infrastructure, financial, manufacturing, mining, and energy.
