Phoebe leads the Nature team's work on resilience. In her role, she supports corporates and regional partners across the UK to explore and develop ways to work collectively to unlock investment in nature-based solutions that strengthen resilience to local climate- and nature-related risks. She has a background in UK nature markets, with practical experience in Biodiversity Net Gain. Prior to joining the GFI, Phoebe worked in the environmental NGO sector, where she focused on diversifying funding approaches through nature markets and related policy.
