Will Robertshaw leads NOVA (New Opportunities & Value using AI) at Ramboll. NOVA identifies, shapes, and validates new AI‑enabled commercial opportunities with clients and across Ramboll's service lines. Working with global service line leaders, sector leads and account teams, he shapes Ramboll's client‑facing AI opportunity agenda: spotting where AI can materially shift value for clients and where new services should be built. He coordinates a cross‑functional model that pairs Ramboll's subject‑matter expertise with AI specialists, rapidly prototyping solutions and validating demand with clients before scaling them into the wider business.
