Sam is the Global Culture & Inclusion Manager at SLR Consulting and has worked in DE&I for over 5 years. Initially joining SLR consulting as the DE&I Manager for the Europe region, with recent responsibilities expanded to include Wellbeing, Employee Engagement and Culture. Prior to SLR Sam worked in the defence industry and gained experience in resource management, business chance consulting and project management. Sam is also the DE&I Trustee for Gloucestershire-based suicide support charity, Sunflowers.
