Sarah is the Resourcing & Inclusion Manager at Sweco UK. In her role she looks after recruitment, DE&I and Wellbeing, and combines all these elements to ensure Sweco colleagues and future colleagues are welcomed into an inclusive environment. Over the past couple of years, Sweco has achieved Disability Confident Employer status, launched three employee networks, and reviewed all recruitment and onboarding processes. Sarah has lived experience of disability, both as an individual and as a parent, and uses her knowledge to raise awareness, encourage discussions and provide support.
