Vic was a founding member of the ICRS, driven by a desire to professionalise our sector, share knowledge, and develop educational opportunities for CRS professionals. She helps drive the strategic direction of the Institute and also sits on the Fellows Committee. Vic’s day job is leading the team at Flag, a US and UK/Europe based consultancy and creative agency specialising in ESG strategy, reporting and communications. Flag advises and supports multinational companies on all things ESG – from their company missions through to corporate reports, and communicating robust ESG information through multi-stakeholder campaigns.
