Steven is a seasoned global business leader and environmental consulting professional, starting his career as a consultant hydrogeologist Cambridge (UK) in 1996. Steven has a strong track record of operational leadership, business transformation and growth. He has led consulting business in the UK, Europe, North America, Australia, Southeast Asia, Africa and Latin America. Steven currently has operational responsibility for Worley Consulting in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific regions, which includes Environmental and Infrastructure Consulting and Worley's Management and Technical consulting capabilities across the Energy, Chemicals and Resources sectors. He was previously the global managing director for Worley Consulting and an executive sponsor of Worley's transformation programme. The transformation programme's objective is to enable the ambition of deriving 75% of the Worley Group's revenue from sustainability-related work by FY2026", Steven led the formation of Worley Consulting's global environmental consulting business. He sponsors some of the world's most significant environmental and energy transition projects and programmes in the energy and resources sectors. Steven holds an M.Sc in Hydrogeology from the University of Birmingham, and an executive MBA from Henley Business School. He is a Chartered Water and Environmental Management (MCIWEM) and a Chartered Environmentalist (C.Env).
